What we monitor
External checks run independently of our infrastructure: if the server goes down, monitoring keeps running and records the downtime honestly. Checks come from four regions: Europe, North America, Asia, Australia.

Incident response
Target response times per severity are set out in the Service Level Agreement. To reach us during a SEV-1 (full outage), write to support@astroway.info with [INCIDENT] in the subject and the X-Request-Id from the API response.
Subscribe to notifications: email. Only real incidents and planned maintenance, no noise.
