Why we’re doing this

Section titled “Is this really lifetime?”Yes. As long as AstroWay exists, your key works. If AstroWay shuts down (low chance, but possible) we provide a source-data export and 12 months of read-only access to Swiss Ephemeris via our dump.
Can I resell?
Section titled “Can I resell?”No. The Founders’ Deal is bound to your AstroWay account in our main ecosystem. Trying to transfer = key deactivated. We don’t enforce this aggressively, but hard rule: one human = one Founders’ Deal.
What if my business grows and I need Pro / Business?
Section titled “What if my business grows and I need Pro / Business?”Subscribe to Pro / Business on top of your Founders’ Indie: the subscription applies to the same account and raises your limits for as long as it’s paid. If you stop renewing it, the account drops back to its Indie 50K, not to Free. Founders’ protects that baseline forever and doesn’t block upgrades for higher-volume scenarios.
Is there a deadline?
Section titled “Is there a deadline?”No. There is no closing date, the only limit is the number of seats. The offer runs until all 100 are taken.
What if I want a refund a week later?
Section titled “What if I want a refund a week later?”7-day money-back guarantee — no questions, full refund. After 7 days — refund is reviewed case-by-case (e.g. if we broke the API for a week, we’ll return 100% for that month of downtime).
What if I subscribe and AstroWay shuts down?
Section titled “What if I subscribe and AstroWay shuts down?”GitHub repos go public domain (GPLv3 fallback license is prepared), API specs (OpenAPI 3.1) are already public. In a worst case, you can either host your own fork or switch to a competitor with minimal code changes (our contract is identical to DivineAPI / AstrologyAPI on 80% of endpoints).
